The Theme for World DIABETES DAY 2021-23 is "ACESS TO DIABETES CARE"

To observe World Diabetes Day on the 14th of November 2021, Kanpur Diabetes Association proposes to organise diabetes detection camps, in the clinics of KDA members, from 12th to 14th of November.

Arrangements for blood glucose testing, during the camp, will be made by the Kanpur Diabetes Association. Participating clinics are requested to provide support for weight and blood pressure measurements.

In Keeping with the traditions of Kanpur Diabetes Association, "KDACON 2021" will be held on the 14th of November 2021 at "Hotel Little Chef", Gate No. 4, Civil Lines Kanpur, from 14:00 hours to 20:30 hours.

The CME program will start with registration and lunch at 14:00 hrs and conclude with BANQUET DINNER from 20:30 hrs onwards.

Pre registration is complimentary for MEMBERS of Kanpur Diabetes Association and Physician Welfare Association, Kanpur, but is MANDATORY.

There will be NO SPOT REGISTRATION.

Completed registration forms must reach the "KDAKON" secretariat by the 12th of November 2021.

Non-members, of either association, may register for a registration fee of Rs 3000/- (Only cheques will be accepted).

Extra "Banquet Dinner" coupons, for spouses of registeres delegates only will be available for Rs 2000/-. Payment must accompany the completed registration form.
